Case Western Reserve University's 3/2 Engineering partnerships allow students to begin their studies at one of more than 50 liberal arts colleges for three years and then pursue an engineering degree at Case Western Reserve for two years. Students enter CWRU as third-year engineering students.
3/2 Engineering students graduate with a baccalaureate degree from their first college, along with a bachelor of engineering degree from Case Western Reserve.
Applications are to be submitted during the student’s third year. Students should meet the following requirements to be eligible to complete their program at Case Western Reserve:
- Fulfill mathematics, science, humanities and social science courses comparable to those at CWRU
- Maintain a minimum 3.00 overall grade point average and a minimum 3.00 in mathematics and science at their liberal arts college
- Complete 90 semester hours, or 135 quarter hours, at the initial college
3/2 Engineering applicants follow the dates, deadlines and application materials required of transfer students.
