Biography:
Moved to Cleveland from Northern California in 1995, attended high school in Lyndhurst, Ohio.
Why did you choose to attend Case?:
Research opportunities, proximity to home, scholarships.
What do you like best about Case?:
Ethnic diversity of students
What's it like to live in Cleveland?:
Cold! There's a lot of different organizations and entertainment: theater, music, interest groups.
What has been your biggest challenge as a student at Case?:
Finding a way to juggle work, school, and extra-urriculars.
What do you do for fun on the weekends?:
Spend time with friends, relax, go bike riding.
Describe the best professor you've had at Case. What made him or her special?:
Mary Coomes (American History) was incredibly enthusiastic, fun, interesting, and knowledgeable. She is a demanding teacher, but I was proud of the improvement in my work by the end of the semester.
What do you plan to do after graduation, and how has Case helped you reach that goal?:
Continue to work in research for a year, then attend medical school. Case has provided me with different research opportunities.
