Is it possible to schedule a meeting with a faculty member, financial aid counselor or athletic coach?

A:
Yes, please email one of our visit coordinators at visit@case.edu and request to meet with a specific academic department or coach. We will contact the department or coach to try to arrange an appointment for you during your visit. Faculty and coach appointments are not guaranteed. We recommend at least two weeks notice to arrange an appointment. We will confirm your appointment via email as soon as possible.
