What about appliances?

A:
Small refrigerators (4 cubic feet or less) and coffee makers with an automatic off are allowed in individual rooms. Basic kitchens with appliances are in each building. For health and safety purposes, cooking in rooms is prohibited. Hot plates, halogen lamps, toaster ovens, electric grills and microwaves are not permitted in rooms.
