Am I allowed to personalize my room?

A:
Definitely! Your room is your new home and you are encouraged to make it comfortable and your own. Before painting or making other changes, be sure to complete a Room Modification Form and have it approved by your First-Year or Residential Village Coordinator. Plants, posters, photos, and small caged animals (including fish) are allowed, but, wallpaper (including borders), paneling, painting of varnished surfaces, water beds and removal of furniture are not permitted. Alas! Dogs, cats and ferrets must remain at home.
