Admission Timeline

August 2007

Seniors: Look for a viewbook in the mail. It will give you an in-depth look at what we have to offer at Case. To make sure you receive a copy, register for our mailing list.

If you haven't attended one of our open house events, schedule a personalized visit to the Case campus. We'll help you customize your itinerary. You can schedule a campus tour, class visit, financial aid information session, and more.

September 2007

October 2007

Complete and mail your application for Early Action admission by November 1 prior to the year you plan to attend Case. Applicants are notified of a decision by January 1.

December 2007

Complete and mail your application to the Pre-Professional Scholars program by December 1 prior to the year you plan to attend Case. The PPSP form is included in the undergraduate admission application.

Complete and mail your application for Regular Action admission by January 15 of the year you plan to attend Case. Applicants are notified of a decision by April 1.

January 2008

Complete and mail your application for Regular Action admission by January 15 of the year you plan to attend Case. Applicants are notified of a decision by April 1.

Pick up a copy of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) from a high school guidance office, request one from the Case Office of Financial Aid, or fill out the FAFSA online. Complete and send your FAFSA as early as possible before February 1 (but not before January 1) of the year you intend to enroll at Case.

Apply for Regular Action admission by January 15.

Complete and mail your FAFSA before February 1.

February 2008

Complete your FAFSA  by February 1 of the year you plan to enroll at Case.

March 2008

Look for notification regarding your admission in the mail. Check out our online profile of all admitted students.  If you are admitted to Case, you can also expect to receive an informational brochure covering alternative financing methods from the Case Office of Financial Aid.

Check your mail for notification of financial aid awards. The Case Office of Financial Aid mails notification of awards on a continuous basis upon the applicant's admission to Case and receipt of all necessary materials. These awards are contingent upon the receipt of the Case verification form (sent to you when the FAFSA is received) and signed and complete copies of your and your parents' most recent income tax returns.

Indicate your housing preferences by completing our online enrollment confirmation. Residence hall room assignments are based on seniority of credit hours and the date of your application.

Finish up your senior year in high school strong so you will be ready to make the most of all the academic opportunities and student activities at Case.

Enrollment confirmation must be completed by May 1.

June 2008

If you've already been admitted to Case, you'll hear from the Office of Undergraduate Studies with information about scheduling classes. Orientation information will also arrive in the mail.

July 2008

If you've already been admitted to Case, make plans to move to Case and attend orientation events. Contact the Office of Housing and Residence Life and Office of Undergraduate Studies and make yourself at home!
